Every day, each user got 400 minutes of time to spend online - surely one of the most generous time allowances ever. This allowed for the writing of many messages, and for users to make many calls. The message count on PLCBCS must have been the highest in the country for a conventional intra-bbs message system. The stats were presented from the utilities screen as brightly flashing ansi-doors, but I've ditched the graphics and presented the stats simply here.
